The “ Scotsman’s” Spotify Playlists

We tend to get overrun by music from the USA and the UK being the mainstream English language countries so I thought I’d put together playlists from some other English-speaking countries for your enjoyment. In the case of Scotland and Ireland I have stayed away from bagpipes, fiddles & bodhrans, the instruments often associated with these countries, because there is so much more.

• The “Scotsman’s” Canadian Playlist (and it's not boring). Unfortunately, this list has a limited range of songs from Neil Young/Joni Mitchell because of their issues with Spotify
• The “Scotsman’s" Australian Playlist (No Waltzing Matilda or songs about Kangaroos)
• The “Scotsman’s” New Zealand playlist (sweet aye!)
• We also have a Sounds of The Southern Downs playlist covering the range of talented musicians here in the Southern Downs. This one is curated by “singer of songs and teller of tales” Shieldsy
